Regular exercise is fun, keeps you in shape, relaxes mind and body and makes you feel good.

Take up running, cycling, swimming – or ideally all three, and discover triathlon. You will soon notice how your body is changing and how well you’re starting to feel. For more ambitious sportswomen I recommend using a personal trainer. I know from my own experience that it is far more effective to train and be coached professionally.
